Early bird tickets are now on sale for the 2025 Australian Celtic Festival, giving festivalgoers the chance to secure discounted weekend passes to this vibrant celebration of Celtic heritage.
The festival will take place from 1 to 4 May at the Australian Standing Stones National Celtic Monument.
This year’s Festival will celebrate the Celtic nations of Brittany, Cornwall and Wales, alongside the rich traditions of Ireland, Scotland and the Isle of Man. Attendees can look forward to a diverse program of live performances, competitions and immersive cultural experiences.
Entry to the Festival includes an exciting lineup new and returning events and attractions including live music and dance performances across three stages, Highland Games and Strongman competitions, Celtic Backhold Wrestling, jousting, reenactment villages, Celtic fashion parade and much more.
New to the Festival this year is the Celtic Cauldron, a marquee hosting a variety of events all weekend long. This vibrant space will feature instrumental workshops and demonstrations, choral and vocal workshops, language classes, impromptu music sessions, food talks, the Poets’ Breakfast and other engaging activities celebrating Celtic culture.
Festivalgoers can explore the Boar and Drum bar, sample offerings from gin, mead, and whiskey traders, and browse a variety of food trucks and market stalls. Families can also enjoy the Celtic Kids Marquee, featuring activities inspired by Arthurian legends and Celtic mythology.
Food and beverages will be available for purchase throughout the festival. Free shuttle buses will run between the Visitor Information Centre, Glen Innes Showgrounds, and the festival site for weekend ticket holders.
