Meet Todd Juchau, Trumpet of Patriots, New England

It took many years for His Royal Highness Prince Todd Charles Juchau, Protector of the Faithful, Defender of the Kingdom to accept his princehood but now he is looking to serve his people as the endorsed candidate of the Trumpet of Patriots party in New England.

Prince Todd is connected to his family roots, sharing that he is a direct descendant of the first mayor of Murrurundi, Charles Juchau, and even more excitingly former Holy Roman emperor Charlemagne.

The Murrurundi local formerly served in the Navy as a marine engineering officer from 1982 to 1988, before commencing a career in security from 1989.

“In the Navy, I was an officer on the HMAS Vampire,” he told The New England Times.

“Now why would the HMAS Vampire be kept as a museum? Because I served on it.”

After a near death experience in 2014, he believes that he is here for a reason.

“I got a thing called vasculitis which attacks the immune system, and I was three minutes away from death, that’s what the doctor told me,” Prince Todd said.

“When I was laying there basically dead, I remember saying, you’ll either take me or leave me and He left me and that’s for a reason.

“We’re probably on borrowed time but we’ve got to keep pushing ahead.”

The Trumpet of Patriots candidate claims to be a hard but fair man, which he says is a dream to some but a nightmare to others.

“They’ve known for some time who I am, but they didn’t think I was a threat,” he said.

The prince says he has met three billionaires in his life, serving both Sir Peter Abeles and Bob Ingham as their security guards.

Now the former Labor Party Branch Treasurer is working with Clive Palmer.

“These other parties don’t want you in, if you’re not part of the group, they’ll push you out,” he said.

“They’ll bully you and use everything under the bad book to try and get rid of you with smear campaigns, but they haven’t tried with me because I’m pretty well spiritually blessed.

“We’ve got to be more independent on what we say, and I’m not scared of anyone, I fear nothing and that’s why I’ve got to give you guys my strength and use my energy to go forward.”

His Royal Highness says that it’s time for a clean-up of parliament.

“If you’re a law-abiding citizen you’ve got nothing to worry about, I’m only after the bad people,” he said.

“We’re after the ones that are ripping off the public purse and it’s millions.

“A lot’s gone wrong, plus I’ve got to take in being an actual prince which I’ve taken in pretty well, but we’ve got to go forward.”

In running for the seat, Prince Todd wants to help the people of New England and give young people hope for the future.

“In 1986, I bought a brand-new Commodore for $16,000 but now it’s hard to get a new car for under $50,000,” he said.

“It’s very hard to live, especially for young people on their wage, they have to live with mum and dad, can’t afford to rent a house – it’s ridiculous and they keep pushing up rates so even if you do get a loan, you’re going to be done with rates.

“I want the vote of the under 30-year-olds because I want to help you and voting for me, you’re voting for yourselves.”

Prince Todd has several ideas for investment around the electorate including upgrades to railway tracks, roads and airports, as well as fast trains.

He also wants to see Australia rebuild manufacturing infrastructure including factories and smelters.

“We’ve got to make Australia independent again, we can’t bring everything in so we have to start exporting more,” Prince Todd said.

“Our resources will make Australia prosper again; we’re after prosperity so families can have more money in their pockets.”

If elected, Prince Todd hopes to continue what he started serving in the Navy and as a security guard, protecting others.

“Everything I’ve done is to protect people so all I’m doing is moving in a different role and I want to protect you and keep you out of harm’s way, so you can have a young life like I had,” he said.

New England Times has been unable to independently verity Juchau’s royalty claims.
