Road users who regularly travel along Endeavour Drive, East Tamworth to access Tamworth Marsupial Park or Victoria Park walking trails should expect to see construction traffic and signs in place from next week for several months.
Due to workers accessing a work compound as part of the Tamworth Regional Skywalk project there will be times when heavy vehicles will be using the road and temporarily impact other vehicles.
The work will start the afternoon of Tuesday 10 December 2024 and continue until Christmas.
Council’s contractors will make every effort to minimise impacts to road users. However, any drivers using the road are asked to slow down and take extra care due to the expected additional construction-related traffic and follow signage in place.
