A wild preference distribution in Narrabri resembled an episode of Survivor, with candidates being excluded rather than elected, and 5 of the 9 being declared elected on the last count. Don’t rule out a request for a recount here, particularly from Peter Guest who looked to be assured election on the night, and was less than 100 votes behind Brett Dickinson.
