Everything will be on the line this weekend for Central North Rugby as teams battle for a spot in the Grand Final.

Moree Bulls are hyped with two teams making the journey to Gunnedah on Saturday, in what will be a great day for country football.

“Its exciting to have both sides playing on the weekend but they are on the chopping block so it can go either way and we are hoping to deliver.” said Jack Travers, First Grade Coach Moree Bulls

“We just need to get the job done to continue our seasons and our opponents won’t make that easy.”

The Bull’s First Grade side will welcome a player back to bolster their fit and ready team.

“James is coming back into tight head prop and just a little reshuffle after that.” said Jack.

“We’re playing a really good style of rugby which I am pleased with, its great to make finals.”

The Bulls missed out on a finals spot last year and will be looking to correct that this time round.

“Gunnedah is a really good side for the last few years, we know it is going to be tough and looking at the result from last weekend’s game, we aren’t taking too much notice of that because we know they are going to bounce back and look for home ground advantage.” Said Jack.

“We need to turn up and get a good start and play for the full 80 minutes.”

Meanwhile, the Bull’s Seconds side are eager to put last weekend behind them and chase a game win.

“Seconds have trained hard this week after a disappointing result last weekend, it came down to one point, so we know they are going to come back and put in a better performance.” said Jack.
