Ben Saxby is an experienced, award-winning, real estate agent with 15 years of industry experience and has a comprehensive understanding of the ever-changing real estate market in Armidale. In late 2022, Ben spearheaded a merger between the Professionals Armidale and Uphill & Schaefer, bringing a wealth of auction experience into its sales team. This, expertise along with their in-house auctioneer Stephen Ramage has supported their bid to become the auction specialists along with offering monthly auctions.
Ben is the Director of Professionals Armidale, overseeing its overall operations and leading its sales team. Alongside Ben there are two other directors. Stephen Ramage who leads its commercial business, while Jamie Williams heads its property management division.

In fact, their receptionist, Joshua Chin, participatedn The Push Up Challenge, raising mental health awareness, and smashed out 3,144 push ups in June of this year. The Professionasl Group has been a Diamond Partner of the National Breast Cancer Foundation for more than 19 years and has raised $4.2 million in that time.
