A body has been located during the search for a missing Gunnedah man.
Police were appealing for public assistance to locate Robert Eyre, aged 55, was last seen on Cobbadah Crescent, Gunnedah, about 6pm on Sunday (12 February 2023).
Robert is known to frequent Porcupine Lookout at Gunnedah which is where the body was located.
While the body is yet to be formally identified, it is believed to be that of the missing man.
The man’s death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
